The bathroom has both shower and a bath, each with support grips for the elderly.

A Kent woodburner will keep you cosy during the colder months.

An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge from which a   ranch slider opens onto the veranda.

Patons Rock Beach is safe for all ages and ideal for short strolls, long walks and swimming.
